The fee will be agreed with you prior to advice being given and is payable upon receipt of a mortgage offer. Claire's average fee is £395.

Explain what happened and how you would like the matter put right. The firm should investigate fairly, keep you informed and provide a final response. You can ask the complaints team for a copy of its complaints procedure.
